Notify OUC Of A Moving Project

If you are moving a house or building within the OUC service territory, please provide us with the information requested below.

Please ensure that all utilities have been turned off and removed from the structure prior to sending us your move information. If you need to turn off and remove OUC water and electric services, contact OUC Development Services at 407.236.9651.

OUC Water and Electric engineers will use the information you provide to determine if there is any OUC equipment along the proposed route that may have to be temporarily relocated in order for you to accomplish this move. OUC Development Services office will notify you in writing of any charges for relocating equipment and/or providing an OUC escort during the move. After payment of any charges, OUC requires a minimum of 48 hours advance notice prior to the actual move.
