Welcome to OUC Customer Project Tracking
This easy-to-use tool allows you to track the status of your construction project requiring OUC services (includes electric, water, lighting and/or chilled water).
To access your project online, you will need the Work Request number that was included in the Acknowledgement Letter or Team Assignment Letter you received from OUC Development Services. If you do not know the Work Request number, you may search for your project using the street name you submitted to OUC Development Services for your project.
Once you have located your Work Request, you will be able to view additional details about your project including Associated Work Requests for individual OUC services.
You also may search for an individual Associated Work Request by using the ADVANCED SEARCH link below. Associated Work Request numbers would have been included in a letter advising you of the cost and procedure for obtaining that OUC service.
Please note: Only active Work Requests will be available for viewing. Work Requests that have been closed or canceled will not be accessible. If you need information on any Work Request you cannot access online, please contact OUC Development Services at developmentservices@ouc.com or 407.236.9651.
