At OUC, we know that convenience is important to you. OUConvenient Billing offers an easy way to manage your OUC account, right from your personal computer. View your detailed account history and current bill whenever you want over a secure Internet system. In combination with Rely-A-Pay (OUC's automatic withdrawal payment plan), OUConvenient Billing provides you with a paperless, worry-free account management tool.
If you like, you can always pay the traditional way (by mail) or with OUC's free e-Check service either online or over the phone. You also can make payments online through independent processor SpeedPay, which charges a convenience fee.
