For more than 20 years Porta has served as president and CEO of Quest Inc., which provides services to the developmentally disabled. Wilson recently completed 10 years of board service. Porta joined Perez and other fellow OUC board members — Tommy Boroughs (First Vice President), Lonnie Bell (Second Vice President) and Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer — at the Commission's regular monthly meeting on May 13, 2003. In addition to her work at Quest, Porta has served on the boards of the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce, the United Way of Florida and the Heart of Florida United Way. She is a graduate of Leadership Orlando, Leadership Central Florida, Leadership Florida and Leadership USA.
