Donations can be dropped off or mailed to any Bank of America or Orlando Federal Credit Union branch office. Please reference "Hurricane Charley Lineman Trust Fund." Individuals wishing to send cards or letters to the linemen's families should mail them to: Hurricane Charley Linemen c/o Orlando Utilities Commission P.O. Box 3193 Orlando, FL 32802 Email may be sent to charley@ouc.com. OUC will forward all correspondence to the linemen's family members. The men came to Orlando on August 18 to help restore power in the aftermath of Hurricane Charley. They were part of a 52-person contingent from PAR Electric. PAR Electric is based in Kansas City, Missouri and is one of the largest electrical contracting companies in the United States. Established in 1923 and owned by the citizens of Orlando, OUC—The Reliable One provides electric and water services to more than 190,000 customers in Orlando, St. Cloud and parts of unincorporated Orange and Osceola counties. OUC is the second-largest public power utility in Florida.
