ORLANDO – The Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC – The Reliable One) wants to help customers directly impacted by the federal government shutdown.
The utility realizes financial constraints may affect these customers’ ability to make payments on time, and is committed to offering payment extensions, waiving late fees and making referrals to utility assistance programs and other agencies.
OUC provides electric, water, chilled water and lighting services – and also serves as the billing agent for the City of Orlando and Orange County, which provides wastewater and solid waste services.
